Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pluto Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Pluto Connect is a telehealth platform that facilitates real-time video therapy sessions between clinicians and their clients. The platform provides video conferencing, collaborative drawing, and session management tools.

User Accounts

• Clinicians create accounts with email and password and are responsible for managing their client information and sessions.
• Clients access sessions via invite links provided by their clinician. Client access is temporary and session-scoped.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pluto Connect only for its intended purpose of facilitating therapy sessions. You must not:

• Attempt to record, capture, or redistribute session content.
• Share session access links with unauthorised individuals.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.

Clinician Responsibilities

Clinicians are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from clients (or their guardians) before conducting telehealth sessions. Clinicians must comply with all applicable professional regulations and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.

No Medical Advice

Pluto Connect is a communication tool. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform facilitates sessions between clinicians and their clients but is not a substitute for in-person care where required.

Availability

We aim to keep Pluto Connect available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any disruption to sessions caused by network issues, browser compatibility, or third-party service outages.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Pluto Connect is owned by Pluto Connect. Canvas content created during sessions belongs to the session participants.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluto Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
